Get Organized with Backpack

by eric on May 21st, 2007 in: Uncategorized

I’ve used Backpack for over a year in an effort to get better organized. Believe me, I need a lot of help and it does a terrific job.

All of my calendars, to-do lists, personal project notes, and random bits, are in my Backpack account.

Although, we use Basecamp for customer project management, Backpack is where I manage my personal projects and information.

Both online tools hail from 37signals and offer simple, robust interfaces and feature sets. And both have a free versions.

I love how these tools allow me to easily compile information online so I can access it from any computer and easily share and collaborate with others. Both tools also offer plenty of ways to share data including: APIs, iCal, feeds, and XML data export.

My, how Web 2.o 🙂
