		<description>I know what you mean.  I think in my case, it was a matter of the software being so simple that I tried to make it harder than it was.

Once I discovered I could hit alt+space, then right-click on Launchy to get to config options, I poked around, made a few changes and was off and  'launching.'</description>

		<description>I tried Launchy and I love it!  It took me awhile to get it to find everything for me.  I think you need to be specific about which folders to tell it to index, but maybe I was just being impatient.  It's very quick and it's very inobtrusive.</description>
